We are saddened to announce the passing of Deputy Sheriff Jack Reynolds who succumbed to injuries sustained in the line of duty on the 29th of May, 2023.
Deputy Reynolds served the Department and his community for over 11 years, starting first as a Patrol Deputy at the Davis Sheriff's Station. Reynolds later worked for the Davis Gang Enforcement Team, where he assisted in curbing gang-related activity. More recently, Deputy Reynolds was assigned under the Special Enforcement Bureau as a Senior Handler alongside his K9 partner Odin. Reynolds was regarded as pillar of his community by many, and his selfless service will never be forgotten.
In honor of his memory, the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department will be hosting a charity fund to assist the Reynolds family in making memorial arrangements. Further details on this charity fund are to be announced.
