It's been an emotional rollercoaster in the recent months, I emigrated to the USA eighteen years ago with nothing, working three jobs to eventually, after five years - purchase my beloved Cafe Soak n Spokes, followed by my Agency Green Queen. Soak n Spokes is a massive part of my life and selling up has been an extremely tough decision, but it's a new page in the book and I'm so pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Pescado Rojo, with this comes a specialist team of Directors to create a Luxury seafood experience. I would also like to honour the previous management team and my dear friend [Tavros] , to whom this building holds a special place in his heart - the doors are always open for you as an honourable guest. Thank you to my husband, family, friends and my Green Queen team for everything. x
