Valeria Peralta and Tesa Steel – the embodiment of yin and yang in the Human Resources Department! Just like the ancient Chinese concept of dualism, Valeria and Tesa complement each other perfectly, forming a dynamic partnership that drives our organization's success.

Their synergy has become the driving force behind our HR department's effectiveness, fostering a workplace culture where employees feel empowered, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

Tesa Steel: I liked the environment and the culture of Maison Rex. It is because the French people have equality and unity. Their valued style and sophistication, and they take pride in the beauty and artistry of their country. The culture of France is known as high-fashioned and fine cuisine. This culture has attracted me to its fashion and traditions that I feel character development in myself.

There are principles at Maison Rex that I highly resonate it because it has a glowing and charming appearance when presenting oneself in Maison Rex. There is a neat environmentally secured with a healthy climate inside. The things and internal departments are well handled with different roles and assignments to the individuals who participate in the activities and share the wide openings and smiles as a team works together. Maison Rex is full of fancifulness and imagination. It is a completely different universe inside-out of fashion. The sweetest and most romantic names of the dresses in French attract one towards themselves. The luxury and offering the highest quality in its brand the elements that mass brands might not be able to offer.

As one honorable employee from the management brought me the taste and effortlessly elegant way of dressing. It is characterized by neutral colors, clean lines, and timeless basics. When you think of French girl style, visualize fashion and comfort coming together as one. No restrictively tight clothing or sky-high heels here. Instead, Parisian fashionistas reach for simple pieces with straight or slightly tailored silhouettes. Their color palette thrives in shades of black, tan, white, and muted blues. French fashion goes back up to the 17th century. Most of the French design used to fall under the umbrella of Chic stylish Simplicity. This is why I have adopted the taste of one Parsian and ran through the ideas - the creativity of newly designed clothes. I am impressed by the Maison Rex styles and ideas which have brought a new taste of fashion in my spirit.

Valeria Peralta: There is no real motivation than wanting to belong to something bigger than myself. I never viewed at the fashion scene but Maison Rex opened its doors to me and gave me an opportunity for me to take. Although I always liked being different, having a unique image and presence which unconsciously a fashion-brand was something that I fitted naturally. My journey in Anna Rex has been wonderful. I do enjoy belonging in something so prestigious, something with a meaning and an established trajectory. Something experienced that I can join, sit back and learn from the past experiences helping me to be better.

Maison Rex has offered me quite the healthy balance where I can continue being me and not having to shape my lifestyle to fit in the brand; I just fit on it naturally. It has benefited me personally as it has opened my mind into fashion. A few months back, I never opened myself to the fashion scene but after surrounding myself with fashion I did develop a liking for fashion that wasn’t there before and has taught me a lot that goes behind the scenes in a fashion-brand.

The clear aspiration that I have within Maison Rex is to continue gathering knowledge in the department of Human Resources. It is something I studied for and I am taking this opportunity to grow into someone better. Do, handle and make things better. Maison Rex has continuously helped me understanding what comes with being a Human Resources agent. One would think that this department is not complex but it is. It involves many aspects such as knowing how to read a person, evaluate a person, understanding a person; it is something more than I expected which is why I am grateful of being here growing and becoming a better person and better at what I do, and enjoy.

For us, we are all Maison Rex, so no one is either better or below than the other and that is something every company, not only a fashion brand, needs to strive for.

Their unwavering commitment to nurturing our most valuable asset, our people, serves as a shining example of how a harmonious blend of strengths can transform an entire organization. Join us as we dive into the captivating journey of these two remarkable leaders who embody the very essence of harmony, proving that together, we can achieve greatness.
