CEO of Magnolia Records Raheme is currently being SUED by a old employee named " Jäkko Miller", here is what Millers Lawyer said happened between him & CEO Raheme Bell. "Two years ago, Jäkko Miller was employed by Magnolia Records, Inc. as a model. During his months-long stay with the company, he underwent a photoshoot on behalf of the company. Before the photoshoot, the contract signed by Mr. Miller did not authorize Magnolia Records, Inc. to use his likeness after his employment with the company had ceased, and not to publicly and commercially advertise their company using Mr. Miller's face and likeness, profiting from it financially or otherwise.

On February 5th, 2024 a post was made on Magnolia Records, Inc.'s official FaceBrowser page, where an advertisement was posted using Mr. Miller's face, constituting a failure to gain consent from Miller as well as a violation of his right of privacy. Furthermore, the advertisement was specifically looking to hire new employees to the company - Mr. Miller's face when used next to the logo of Magnolia Records, Inc. constitutes a false endorsement.

We believe Magnolia Records, Inc.'s failure to reimburse Mr. Miller for his likeness used should be considered a failure to pay royalties to Mr. Miller for his work as a model two years ago.

Plaintiff is seeking legal action against Magnolia Records, Inc. for the above-listed causes of action, stemming primarily on the idea that Mr. Miller neither consented to, or financially gained from the advertisement posted by Magnolia Records, Inc. using his likeness.

Plaintiff is also seeking the advertisement in question to be removed from FaceBrowser, and any other forms of multimedia belonging in any way to Magnolia Records, Inc. and its CEO, Raheme Bell." This the problem with alot of labels they just want all the money but don't want to BREAK BREAD.
