ATTENTION MACRO/SPICY/FOOD LOVERS! For you vegans or people who wanna' upkeep that TIGHT and nice California body for the beach, this baby recipe has 660 calories and 25g of protein per serving, that's the best bang for your buck in macro's you could ever ask for, baby! INGRIDIENTS: 1 tablespoon olive oil (Or other neutral oils!) 1/2 (or a whole, if you love them!) onion, finely chopped 1/2 red chilli finely chopped (or a full, if you like spicy food, which will help with burning calories!) 1 garlic clove finely chopped 1 small sweet potato peeled and cut into bite sized chunks (You can use a regular one, but sweet potato works best, imho) 1/2 tea spoon cumin 1/2 tea spoon paprika 1/2 tea spoon cayenne pepper 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon A can of mixed beans (400g/14oz) A can of chopped tomatoes (400g/14oz) 1 lime juiced, to serve (Can add the lime zest for that nice, flavoring!) cauliflower rice to serve (or any other rice of your liking, but cauliflower rice is the best bang for your buck!) PREPARING!: *step 1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add the onion, chilli and garlic and cook without coloring for 1-2 mins. Tip in the sweet potato, spices and some seasoning, then pour in the beans and chopped tomatoes. Fill one of the empty cans with water and add to the pan, then bring to the boil and turn down to a simmer. *step 2 Cook for 45-50 mins or until the sweet potato is soft and the sauce has reduced – add some water if the sauce looks a bit thick. Stir through the lime juice, season to taste and serve with cauliflower rice.
