If there can't be a area set up w/ stuff outside for music and stuff then it could just be organized kind of like the bike ride was by just meeting at a local business/ending there to get food or whatever. So if its for the hills that could be rex diner or the farmers market or yellow jack inn if it were in the south hills. If it were more north something in Paleto/Grapeseed would be better. If its in the Tataviam side then it could be in the heights.
We made a camping group also if people would like to go on trips:
