Our clients, Morris Goldschmidt and Robert Katz, were arrested last night and charged with trespassing, voyaging, and stalking. They have since posted bond and intend to vigorously fight these allegations in court!
To be clear, many of the claims circulating, particularly those suggesting unlawful surveillance (bugging hotel rooms) and stalking women are categorically false. We urge the public to allow the legal process to unfold and not to be misled by speculation or misinformation.
Morris and Robert will not be making any public statements at this time, but we remain confident that the facts will speak for themselves.
