Stage Talent (Stand-Up Comedians or Otherwise) Are you funny enough to make even the most stone-faced crowd crack up? We’re looking for both seasoned comedians and fresh talent ready to hit the stage and have some fun. Duties and what we’re looking for: A passion for comedy and live performance Comfort performing in front of a crowd Experience is great, but not a deal-breaker – we love discovering new voices Quick wit to handle hecklers and keep the show flowing smoothly Engaging with the audience and keep them laughing Potential collaboration with other comics and the club’s team to create a great show Be part of a vibrant, supportive comedy community 2. Bartender Are you a mixologist? Do you thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment? As a bartender at Split Sides, you’re the one responsible for keeping the drinks flowing and the guests happy. Having a good sense of humor is a bonus too. Duties and what we’re looking for: A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent customer service skills Experience in bartending if possible A sense of humor (because if you can’t laugh while serving, you’re in the wrong place) Ability to handle a busy bar and multitask effectively Knowledge of popular drinks, cocktails, beers, and wines Mix and serve drinks to patrons before, during, and after shows Engage with guests, create a fun atmosphere, and help them enjoy the show Assist in promoting drink specials and creating an overall memorable experience 3. Security Guard Keep the crowd safe and make sure the laughs flow smoothly. You’ll be the guardian of good vibes, ensuring everyone has a blast while maintaining a secure, friendly environment. Duties and what we’re looking for: Calm under pressure, and able to manage potentially tricky situations with grace and a smile Strong communication skills and a team player mentality Previous experience in security or crowd management is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist patrons as needed Oversee the crowd and make sure everyone is having fun in a safe and respectful manner Assist in checking IDs at the door, managing entry, and collecting fees if applicable Help maintain order during and after performances, making sure the club remains a fun yet secure environment Be visible, approachable, and professional while ensuring the safety of all guests and staff How to Apply: Think you’ve got what it takes to be part of the funniest team in town?
