Removing anything flammable, like plants, mulch, and firewood, is critical to reducing the chance of embers igniting your home. ➡ Move outward into Zone 1 (5–30 feet), where the focus shifts to maintaining healthy, well-spaced vegetation, trimming trees, and removing dead plants and debris. ➡ Extend your efforts into Zone 2 (30–100 feet or the property line), where thinning vegetation and managing larger landscaping features help slow the spread of fire. INCIDENT FINAL – 30/APR/2025 23:49 The Los Santos Fire Department declared knockdown at 23:07, and the scene has been handed over to SAN FIRE and the San Andreas Air Administration. At this time, from preliminary investigation the fire is believed to be originating from a downed aircraft, one casualty has been confirmed and our thoughts go our to their family at this time.
