02/MAY, 2022, 23:10, Mission Row Police Station - D Platoon (SWAT) were called to an armed hostage situation in the lobby of the Mission Row Community Police Station. Upon arrival it was determined that an unstable female individual had taken a citizen hostage with a handgun, and was threatening harm. Negotiations began in conjunction with on-scene Detectives familiar with the subject.
