Job Responsibilities:
Supporting store recruiting processes;
Workday hiring process and general support;
Reporting and Data analysis, including EMEA commission calculation;
Ensure the correct filing of employee’s documents in the company archive;
Managing researches and analysis to ensure coherence among data supporting the HR team on special projects;
Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.
