Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Organize Events for Resort Members
-Communicate with clients to book events in the Pacific Bluffs Resort
-Coordinate with Security and Staff to find personnel for event needs
-Maintain supervisory role throughout the event's duration
-Address questions and needs of Clients during events
Compensation and Benefits:
-Full membership benefits for the duration of employment
-$10,000 per hour of event supervising role
-$15,000 flat bonus per event organized and carried out
-Standard $4,000 per hour during regular opening shifts as “Shift Supervisor”
-Additional Supervisor Compensation during regular opening shifts as “Shift Supervisor”
-Additional compensation per number of shifts worked in a month
-End of Month bonuses based on Overall Resort Performance
