It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of OSS Detective Carson James, a dedicated 17-year veteran, who tragically lost his life in a deputy-involved shooting on May 6th. Detective James' commitment to service and his ultimate sacrifice remind us of the inherent dangers our peace officers face daily.
