Main Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all dining and beverage operations, including the resort's restaurant, bars, room services, and catering
-Hire, train, and manage culinary staff
-Suggest eligible culinary staff for further training or promotions
-Develop, implement, and improve menus
-Address members wishes and suggestions for services
-Monitor inventory and order supplies
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
