Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of public and private events at the resort
-Hire, train, and manage event planning staff
- Suggest eligible event planning staff for further training or promotions
-Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences
-Ensure all events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations
-Monitor and hire external companies for events and services in conjunction with Executive Management
Compensation and Benefits:
-Full membership benefits for the duration of employment
-$50,000 salary per month with potential monthly bonuses depending on resort performance
-$10,000 bonus per successful staff hire
-$10,000 per hour of event supervision with an additional $15,000 flat bonus per organized event
-Standard $4,000 per hour during regular opening shifts as "Shift Supervisor"
