The Human Resources Administrator will be the key for assigning new resources to the company. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, passionate, and willing to commit to the people around them, and continue National's commitment to do right by our associates.
You may work from home (WFM), or work in the office with our team. It is preferred that you work in the office with our team.
Responsibilities:
- Hire new associates for our Bar Location.(National's on Strawberry)
- Update and maintain a comprehensive staff database of both our corporate & venue assets.
- Handle & Draft Work Contracts specific to the needs of our employees and the company.
- Handle & Resolve workplace disputes.
- Conduct job interviews for new-hires, and hire those willing to commit to a long-term position.
You will receive $1,500/hire bonus to your paycheck at the end of the week.
Please Note: All new hires must attend a minimum of two shifts for you to receive this bonus.
