Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide menu recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full membership benefits for the duration of employment
- Standard $4.000 per hour for 3 hours every day (as per San Andreas Employment laws)
- Profit share per opening (split between all staff on shift)
- Additional compensation per number of shifts worked in a month
- End of Month bonuses bases on overall resort performance.
