Being an attorney in law is a very complicated profession. To the point when a few unfortunate colleagues decide to punish us by exercising the rights of our clients and duties out of personal animosity, alone. Today, in the case of Granados v. People, 2025, Slip. Op. 5 (2nd Ct. App.) whose transcript can already be seen on the 2nd Court of Appeals webpage, I've overturned a decision of a Trial Judge whose flawed judgment led him to imprison me and send me to jail only for placing an objection on his record.
