The investigation of the structure fire at the commercial property in East Del Perro on Red Desert Avenue has concluded. Deputy Fire Marshals have cleared the scene.

The structure fire at the commercial property in East Del Perro on Red Desert Avenue has been successfully knocked down as of 22:47. Deputy Fire Marshals have commenced their investigation into the cause of the fire.

Prosperity Promenade remains closed while the investigation is underway. We appreciate the public’s cooperation in keeping clear of the area.

Deputy Fire Marshals remain on scene for investigatory purposes and a partial road closure on Eastbound Hawick Avenue remains in place. One individual has been arrested on charges of arson after being detained by the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department and transferred to Arson Prevention.

Knockdown has been confirmed by the Los Santos Fire Department at 22:08. The scene has been handed to SAN FIRE for preliminary investigation and Boulevard Del Perro and Prosperity has been reopened to traffic. An AD Canine has been deployed to assist with preliminary investigation.
