  • Over the Holiday weekend, the LS Fire Foundation had the honor of having booths at two separate events.

On Friday we were at the Great Western Club & Golf Society for the WE x LSGov Spring Festival.

Then on Saturday, we made the trip up to Paleto Bay for a lovely beach festival thrown on by WE and SANFIRE

In total we were able to raise approximately $384,000 - every dollar will be going towards the many programs that we sponsor such as our Cadet program, raising awareness, education, and more.

A special thank you to WE, LSGOV, and SANFIRE for allowing us to participate and share our mission to the community we serve - and to all those who donated. We appreciate you!

[If you placed an order, they will be completed by Monday evening and delivered directly to your door! If you want to support our cause head on over to https://lsfd.gta.world/shop and find yourself some themed merch today!]

Friday, Section Commander Anderson and Pilot Hanaori had the pleasure of hosting certification for the newest member of the detail, Deputy Hurley and he passed with flying colors! 🚁

Good Luck in your adventures as a Paramedic Student, we'll see you in the skies!

  • In a time when gang violence and fear threaten our peace, what we’ve seen yesterday is the antidote: unity, compassion, and people showing up for one another. Together, we are stronger. Together, we are safe.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised $1,660,000 to help rebuild from the ground up. Should any funds remain, they will go directly toward Paleto Bay community development projects—because when one of us rises, we all do.

Special thanks to the following donors:

Doctor Whitman, on behalf of Aurum Corporation – $500,000
    LSFD Foundation – $250,000
    Hank Preston – $250,000
    Paleto Bakery & The White's – $200,000
    Anonymous Donor – $150,000
    Jane Irwin – $30,000
    Yoshihiro Fujiwara – $30,000
    Daniel Smitt – $30,000
    Aurum Energy – $30,000
    Chuck Dixon – $20,000
    Aurore Lenoir – $20,000
    Candance Campanelli – $15,000
    Hank Miller – $10,000
    Leah Ferran – $10,000
Valerie Taylor, on behalf of Paleto Bay Arcade – $10,000
    Melanie Winslow – $10,000
    Tom Kirkland – $10,000
    Christina Maynard – $10,000
    Thiago Athanas – $5,000
    Deputy Cirilla Williams – $4,500
    Chris Scott – $4,000
    Clay Mcalvey – $4,000
    Maria Vaughn – $2,500
    Joyce Pawironadi – $1,500
    Morgan Baker – $1,500
    William Faulkner – $1,000
Meadow Davies, on behalf of WCN News Division – $1,000

To those who donated but aren’t named—please forgive us. It’s been a challenge to keep up with every act of kindness, but every single one has meant the world.

Thank you, truly. May God bless this beautiful town and each one of you.

    With all my gratitude,
    Garret

  • Yesterday evening, in addition to further training with ESD and TEMS. #LSFDAirOps joined the San Andreas Aviation Administration (SAAA) at their Grill 'n Chill event in Paleto Bay. Administrators showed off their flourishing relations with the Air Operations Section advertising our Civilian Pilot program and helping out keen applicants for both ventures within our section and the SAAA.
