The City of Los Santos is excited to announce a new partnership with Gullo Construction for city-wide maintenance and landscaping of public parks and metro stations! As part of this initiative, the project will also include the upkeep and installation of new equipment at skateparks, public playgrounds, ticketing systems for train lines, tracks and train monitoring stations. #LSGOV

This is the Vapid TARV (commonly referred to as an "ARV"), the Department's SWAT team (D Platoon) currently operates three. "ARVs" are typically referred to by law enforcement agencies as being "armored rescue vehicles" with their primary use being to transport tactical officers to and from hostile situations and to assist with the recovery and protection of civilians in harm's way during terrorist threats, hostage incidents, or encounters with large gatherings of aggressors. The ARV is designed to provide protection from a variety of small arms, explosives and IED threats. This is a hostage situation that took place on the 23rd of November at the Morningwood LTD. 2 hostages and 1 fake hostage survived the incident, the faux hostage was quickly arrested. The male who took the hostages was shot by an SEB marksman upon leaving the store, followed by gunfire from PD Metro and SEB units on the ground and a further gunshot from the sniper.
