Another week, more training. Today members of D Platoon (SWAT) undertook crowd control training, learning how to form and act in a riot-type situation, how to manage and disperse a crowd, and how to handle hostile subjects and perform targeted arrests. To enhance the realism of the training, volunteers functioned as a hostile crowd and provided realistic scenario based training to the team.
