Let's continue about icons from the eighties, because that era was truly amazing. Sexy Italian supercars, amazing German performance sedans and the most iconic American trucks were made in these times. What are we reviewing today? It's a relatively rare and unusual car, the 1990 Vulcar Zodiac Turbo.

The 1990 Vulcar Zodiac Turbo needs no introduction in Sweden, Finland, Norway and other northern European countries. It was built by Vulcar, the company that produced aircraft, in the era when automotive engineering was as much about artistry as it was about speed. The Zodiac Turbo still is a symbol of understated elegance and hidden power under the small hood that opens to the opposite side.
The Vulcar Zodiac Turbo is a design icon - a perfect blend of Scandinavian minimalism and 80s performance coupe styling. Its clean, boxy lines, subtle curves make it instantly recognizable. The Turbo variant adds just the right amount of aggression to the coupe, with a discreet front lip spoiler, a set of iconic Vulcar turbine-style alloy wheels, and some sexy air intakes on the rear fenders, bringing even more sport into the design game of the vehicle.
Tuners absolutely love the Zodiac Turbo, and it’s easy to see why. Its simple platform and timeless design make it a canvas for creativity. The wheel specs are easy to find, and the car can pull off everything from classic German mesh wheels to bold, modern designs. It’s not even uncommon to see Zodiac Turbos with lowered suspensions, custom exhausts, and even engine swaps to the newer Vulcar turbocharged engines.
The Zodiacs are unicorns on the streets of Los Santos, you'll never find a lot of them on the King Of The RIng's parking lot, San Andreas’ most competitive professional MMA organization. Usually all the city gathers up, when the event is happening!

That's why it's a great coupe, if you want to stand out and catch all the attention.
Looks: ★★★★★ | Amount of aftermarket parts: ★★★★★ | Rareness: ★★★★★
The 1990 Vulcar Zodiac Turbo is a masterclass in Scandinavian engineering, featuring turbocharged power with a surprisingly nimble chassis. Under the hood lies a 2.0-liter inline-four turbocharged engine, delivering a spirited 160 horsepower and 188 lb.-ft. of torque, paired with a five-speed manual. However, like many turbocharged cars of its era, the Zodiac Turbo can be a bit unpredictable in tight corners—its front-wheel-drive layout and turbo lag can lead to understeer if you’re not careful.
The car has showed 00:56.28 on SACRA's track, Horizon Motor Speedway, March configuration. That's a relatively nice result for this power and front-wheel drive, but surely the lap wasn't as fun as it would be from German competitors of this time.
Top speed: ★★★☆☆ | Acceleration: ★★★☆☆ | Track performance: ★★★☆☆
Inside the Vulcar Zodiac Turbo you'll find a classic Scandinavian design interior from the eighties. The interior is a harmonious blend of simplicity and sophistication, with a driver-focused cockpit. The seats are soft, quite comfortable and the safety features would surely make you happier. But it's not spacious at all and the trunk space isn't big enough to move places.
The price stays low nowadays, because of the lack of popularity and not as great performance. You can easily find your Vulcar Zodiac Turbo for an amazing sum.
Talking about value, my opinion is mixed. It's a great value, but only if you like and need the car. If no, there isn't much to talk about it.
Interior and practicality: ★★★★☆ | Price: ★★★★★ | Value: ★★★★☆
I genuinely tried to fall in love, but I couldn't. It's a great classic car, but it's not for everyone. Front-wheel drive is great, when it handles well, not when a Vapid Stanier shows almost the same track time. Aesthetically the 1990 Vulcar Zodiac Turbo is awesome, though.
