I'm appalled to say that we've discovered even more impropriety from Judge Scherer, she wasn't just making a public statement on an impending case, she was making one on a case she was directly involved with. Scherer granted the warrant on Faith's apartment, and not only that, it's actually a massive conflict of interest as she allegedly either is, or was, in a relationship with a former partner of Faith's.

So just to recap - a judge, sworn to impartiality, granted a warrant in a case where she has a clear personal entanglement, then proceeded to flout judicial ethics by publicly sharing their biases on it. She hasn't just performed malpractice, hasn't just overstepped, she's leapt all the way off the ethical cliff. Our legal system is looking like a circus.
