A young male that had been terrorizing the County has been pronounced dead by Los Santos Fire Department after a tense hostage situation late on Tuesday Night that ended in a shootout with the Special Enforce Bureau of LSSD and Platoon D of the LSPD. The suspect was a young male whose identity we cannot disclose due to his age.

Law Enforcement had a high risk arrest warrant for the individual in relation to the murder of a Park Ranger as well as for questioning regarding a string of armed robberies throughout San Andreas.  It is believed the suspect frequented the Sandy Shores area and had been spotted attending the Rattlesnake on Monday evening which prompted Law Enforcement to swarm the area, however as he had been doing for a while, he managed to evade being taken into custody.

The following day a Park Ranger spotted the individual nearby Joshua Road and tried to initiate, the suspect opened fire on the Ranger causing injury to the Law Enforcement Officer, shortly thereafter the individual took a park attendee hostage in his blue pickup truck. This sparked a large collaborated response from SEB, Platoon D and the Park Rangers.

The blue pickup was pursued around the County with LSPD's airship providing coverage from the skies to ensure the dangerous individual did not evade capture once again. SEB and Platoon D utilised their bearcats to bring the vehicle to a standstill on Joshua Road just outside of the Senora Logistics depot. It was here that Sheriff negotiators managed to talk the young man down and secure the release of the hostage. After the hostage was secure the individual raised his shotgun firing it at SEB operatives prompting a volley of gunfire in return to neutralize the threat Law Enforcement faced. Operatives from SEB then moved in securing the firearm from the individual before rendering medical aid. LSFD ended up pronouncing the young man dead on the scene as a result of gunshot wounds sustained in his bout with Law Enforcement.
