Yo what's up its yo boy Zaay with another article, and I'm going to get straight to it as usual. The Vinewood Casino is apparently being SUED right now because a security guard unlawfully grabbed up Raul Barroso a random casino goer and held him over a railing where he received multiple cuts and bruises. The funny part about this situation is when the cops got there the security wasn't even licensed and STILL got hired by Vinewood Casino! Wooow. Might wanna settle out of court man this Is a bad look. We all knew those casinos was shady but this is straight out of a mafia movie.

Here's what was said happened in court below:

 5. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on December 8, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully on the premises of the Vinewood Casino ("the premises") in Los Santos County for the first time.

6. Plaintiff had paid an entry fee to access the premises, which was a casino.

7. Plaintiff, along with several other casino visitors, were playing poker at a poker table, when Vinewood Casino staff had interrupted the game and advised everyone to leave the premises.

8. Plaintiff and the other casino visitors obliged and began leaving the premises by the main entrance.

9. Plaintiff observed another casino visitor arguing with one of the employees, presumably a guard, and verbally commented that "[they] should learn how to treat paying patrons better or [they] would take their business elsewhere."

10. FYODOR SOLONIK, an employee of the establishment, presumably a guard, approached Plaintiff and told him that "[Plaintiff] needed to leave before [John Doe] changed his mind." Plaintiff responded "Excuse me?"

11. Following this response, FYODOR SOLONIK grabbed Plaintiff by the neck and held him over a railing at the front of the premises. Plaintiff sustained several cuts.

12. FYODOR SOLONIK was placed under arrest by police officers of the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, including Lieutenant Russell Price.

13. Plaintiff was trespassed from the premises.

14. Defendant Vinewood Casino misrepresented to the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department that Plaintiff had been previously trespassed from the premises.

15. Police officers of the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department notified Plaintiff that FYODOR SOLONIK was not a licensed security guard.

16. Plaintiff suffered damage as a result of defendants' actions. Plaintiff suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, fear, pain, bodily injury, anxiety, embarrassment, and humiliation.
