We're sad to say that we have let go of our Rancho Community Center project, following a gang injunction on the area and lots of gang activity thereafter, it proved to be unsuitable for visitor safety. We are however pleased to have renovated it from the abandoned state it was in prior, as it now becomes a viable place for a community leader to lease in due course.
