After approval of the Q2 Municipal budget, my office is aiming to unveil two significant initiatives by the end of May.

First up is the tax stimulus program, enabling residents to document their local tax payments and potentially receive up to $10,000-$20,000 biannually.

Additionally, in collaboration with the Southern District Councilor, we're set to introduce a new waste management program aimed at making our neighborhoods cleaner for South Los Santos. This initiative will also provide a boost to local businesses that secure contracts through the bidding process. #LSGOV

Let me begin by expressing my view that Facebrowser serves as a reflection of our city, and frankly, it's alarming to witness the extent of danger in our midst. Gang activity, drug abuse, and even violence seem to dominate every third post. It saddens me deeply to see the disillusionment among our youth, undoubtedly a consequence of the failings of our educational system under the current government. I extend a hand to these young individuals, offering free therapy sessions with me, Dr. Chet Trenton, fully supported by myself, Dr. Chet Trenton. Despite my disdain for the current ruling party, I am genuinely concerned and committed to making a difference! Should I ever be entrusted with an official position in this city or state, my foremost priority will be to extend assistance to the youth.

Again thank you for last night, it was the first time I have ever tried to organise something of that scale.. Jessica Gomez and the team from ProTech really kept things rolling smoothly. I have taken a look at the feedback, the pros and the cons from the night as a whole, and while there are some things that could be changed for next time.. overall - I think it is a good start and shows that Los Santos can do events like this, without them needing to be organised by the government.
