A current Deputy Sheriff assigned to the Special Assignment Team of Davis Station within the Los Santos Sheriff's Department.

  • Earlier this week, a briefing was conducted during roll call regarding the revival and integration of the Monthly Awards Program, a program designed to combat criminal activities at its core through the hard work and proactivity of each Sheriff Deputy of Davis Station.
The Monthly Awards Program has been put in place and is currently active which will reward Sheriffs Deputies for their proactive policing, with not only station recognition but also, accreditation from as simple as submitted reports to felony arrests.
Thus far, the program has been successful with multiple Sheriff Deputies progression tracked and recorded.

With this in mind, we at Davis Station of Los Santos Sheriffs Department will always have our presence within the community of Davis not only to mitigate criminal activities but also, to engage and assist any members of the community should it be necessary.

  • Meet Lieutenant Carla Graves,
The current Service Area Lieutenant for Davis Station.
A Sheriffs Academy graduate of class 2009, Lieutenant Carla Graves started her fruitful career as a Patrol Deputy for 4 years assigned to Paleto Bay Station before being granted an additional assignment of a Field Training Officer where she took on the challenge of a mentor to the many new academy graduates for those walking the same path of a Deputy Sheriff like the many others such as herself.

Lieutenant Carla Graves took on the difficult challenge of Basic Sergeant Supervisory School (BSSS), attaining a passing grade and received the promotion to the rank of Sergeant at just 27 years old!
A relatively young Sergeant, assigned as a Field Sergeant for Paleto Bay Station for two years, supervising patrol activities on her shift before being granted the assignment as a Watch Sergeant where she would spend a 1 year stint organizing and supervising patrol deputies in a higher capacity than that of a Field Sergeant.
Lieutenant Carla Graves transferred to Senora Station as a Field Sergeant for an additional year following the decommission of Paleto Bay Station. before another station transfer to Davis Station as a Watch Sergeant of 2 years.

Lieutenant Carla Graves spent 3 long years back to an all familiar role of a Watch Sergeant for Davis Station before receiving a promotion to the rank of Lieutenant where she was put in charge as a Watch Commander for the PM shift spending an additional 3 years ensuring unity of command and maintaining oversight of developing situations in the field, acting as the highest authority in the absence of other command staff.

Lieutenant Carla Graves was also recently granted the assignment as the Service Area Lieutenant earlier this year where she currently directs, manages and coordinates operations within the area of Davis Station's service jurisdiction for patrol units and the station's assigned units including the Special Assignment Team alongside Traffic Detail units.

Lieutenant Carla Graves has humbly declined to reveal her awards and accreditations she has received within the years of service spanning more than a decade.

Carla Graves, enjoys exercising to keep herself fit with frequent hikes in the confines of nature's beauty enjoying scenic landscapes with the sounds of nature, an escape from the concrete jungle of the city borders. Apart from hiking, crushing pebbles under her hiking boots, Carla Graves is not one to give up her inner child tendencies is also an enthusiastic gamer, playing a variety of video games from 2D platformers to First Person Shooters and Adventure genres.

Lieutenant Carla Graves, your fellow Deputies at Davis Station appreciate and thank you for your decade of commitment to service.

  • A more light-hearted note following the grim aftermath in the previous post...

Watch two of our Sheriff Deputies engage with the community in an impromptu dance-off between citizens at Legion Square! Don't worry, they were merely spectators as the citizens showed off their groovy moves, the Deputy's professional conduct was still in check!

Showcasing there's still a soul behind the stressed-out eyes, we Deputies are humans too and we would love to have small chats when we're not answering calls! The best policing is one with the guns holstered, as we all know, prevention is better than cure and that's what we at Davis Station strongly believe in. 🤗

Don't do the crime, you won't do the time! Seek help if you feel you are at risk, there are plenty of government-aided resources available to you, all you have to do... Is make a simple call! 🙂

We hope you have a fantabulous day ahead, the months are young but the years are getting older. It's time to make a positive change!
With that, I leave you with a positive quote; "Believe you can and you're halfway there" - Theodore Roosevelt

  • Yesterday in the wee hours of the night, a Sheriff's Deputy called for backup for an armed pursuit in an alleyway on Forum Drive.
The call for backup was forwarded to nearby Sheriff Deputies within the area of Davis who responded within minutes the call was forwarded.

The suspect, upon seeing the overwhelming response from Sheriff Deputies, disembarked his vehicle and promptly fled in an attempt to escape custody where he managed to barricade himself in his apartment. A Sheriff's Deputy managed to follow the suspect into his apartment in an attempt to mitigate the threat however, both the Sheriff's Deputy and Suspect sustained fatal injuries as they exchanged shots with each other with their respective firearms.

Our condolences and heartfelt gratitude go out to the fallen Sheriff Deputy and family who paid the ultimate price, a sacrifice that only the bravest and strongest endure in the line of service to the citizens of Los Santos.
All of our Sheriffs Deputies assigned to the Davis Station of the Los Santos Sheriffs Department shall carry on, answering the call for service with heavy hearts, knowing we stand on the shoulders of our fallen brothers and sisters in uniform.

Both identities of the fallen Sheriff's Deputy and Suspect shall remain anonymous.
