At around 3 PM today Deputies of the Los Santos Sheriff's Department responded to a call from a concerned citizen for a shooting that happened on Elgin Avenue by Legion Square.
Two individuals, a male and a female were found and pronounced deceased at the scene, just outside the doors of the lobby of an apartment complex. Without proper eye-witness accounts, we can only speculate a targeted attack against the two individuals.
The South-Bound lane of Elgin Avenue was closed for around an hour as Deputies and a Detective secured and documented the scene for further investigations. We apologize for any and all inconveniences caused.
The Los Santos Sheriff's Department urges citizens to remain vigilant and with personal safety in mind, please find safe shelter and dial 911 if possible with any and all information whenever a shooting occurs.
