Happy to announce that the Los Santos Police Protective League, under my representation, has prevailed in a lawsuit against the San Andreas Aviation Administration. The Second Court of Appeal has ruled in our favor: reaffirming the due process and civil rights of the people of our state, and reaffirming one of the core tenets of our Republic: the Separation of Powers. We now await the Court to deliberate on the relief and damages.

Let this be a lesson to all that neither our civil rights, nor the League, are to be toyed with. #LSPPL #CeaseAndDesist

I don't often keep up or indulge myself into active court cases, appeals, and the likes, but... sometimes its interesting to see what is currently going on in the city.

This gem popped out. If this is how the SAAA acts, then I'm afraid of people's chances to get licensed (and keep their license) in the future.

The District Attorney's Office, led by DA Harper Meyer, dropped all charges against Vernon Fitzgerald after being presented with a plethora of evidence linking him to the death of two police officers. The LSPPL, in collaboration with the ALSDS, SACPOA, the Mayor's Office, and the Sheriff's Office, called out the county's chief prosecutor for negligence and demanded action.

Tonight, Judge Jennifer Scherer issued a sentence of life without parole and four months for two counts of capital murder and contempt of court. Our demand for justice and accountability remains unyielding, and we applaud Judge Scherer for not succumbing to dirty politics by the District Attorney.

Kudos to the LSPPL for spreading holiday cheer through their Toy Drive! Your efforts are making a real difference in brightening the season for youth.

We walk the streets of Los Santos during chaos, we walk the city streets during mayhem, and we take responsibility when the citizens of our very own community need our support. As brothers and sisters in blue, we run towards the danger when the public tries so desperately to get away.

By voting Jorge Nava as President of the LSPPL, I will not only attempt to reestablish public trust by conducting public events to better the public image and perception of the Los Santos Police Department but stand for your rights, as an officer serving and protecting the streets of Los Santos.
