Delmar is described as a 22-year-old male Black adult, 6’00”, 220lbs, with black hair, brown eyes, a short stubble. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt, black jeans and sneakers. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, Homicide Bureau.
